Wow these are amazing! I think I would hesitate to eat them. But I am sure that hesitation would slowly be forgotten as the smell of frosting made me drool. A friend of mine (in Philly) is a serious sugar artist. You can see her cake creations here http://www.flickr.com/photos/sweetsbyzoe/sets/7… I personally adore the sushi cake.
