The Funniest Street Signs
One of the most enjoyable parts of road-tripping, other than the free-standing Chick-fil-A and ridiculous rest stop gift shops, is surely the road signs seen along the way. Whether they are doctored up (um, grafittied) or stand on their own naturally, they're always good for a laugh. What are the funniest YOU have seen?
Stop...Hammer Time!
From the looks of Flickr, these signs are everywhere! Sadly, I have never seen one. But hey, that’s something to look forward to when going the “scenic route.” The VERY scenic route, as these will obviously only be found on Stop signs.
I hope you have health insurance
Because you’re about to get your face bashed in on some gravel. That’s gonna leave a mark!
Turdles
This sign would be the disturbing focus, if not for the more than half-naked hair mean with a sweatband and potbelly standing next to it.
How long has it been since your last confession?
Too late! You bypassed Purgatory and went straight to H-E-Double Hockey Stick!
Maybe not really a street sign, but funny anyway.
A perfect example of my theory that Germans are seriously messed up.
Human Distress
I get such a kick out of the different types of human figures that get abused in warning signs.
No holding the hand of your small child!
Stop it! Survival of the fittest. If she’s going to run into oncoming traffic, so be it! Clearly she is not one of the smart kids. ???
What gives, Paris?
I hope you like alligators
Because you’re about to get reeeeeal intimate with one.
Come again?
You’re going to…fall off of a lego?
Sugah Cain Lane
How much more enjoyable would my life be if I lived on this street. I might just have to move to NC.

How Slow?
We had something similar in the town I went to high school in, but, this one, just because of the way the sign reads, makes me laugh. And then I realize I’m going to be seeing that above sign leading to that one town in Michigan…
But, but... I DO do it at home
