Wanting to live the fabulous life of Carrie, Charlotte, Miranda, and Samantha, but stuck in Seattle? Strap on your Manolo's - Emerald Dandy shows you how to live the Sex and the City lifestyle a lá Seattle.

Louis Vuitton

416 University St, Seattle, WA 98101

The ladies were always on the hunt for two things: Labels and Love. Though I can’t promise love, I can promise some labeled satisfaction known as Louis Vuitton.

Barneys New York

600 Pine St, Seattle, WA 98101

It may not be like Barney’s in New York, but it’s a Barney’s none the less. Head on in for the latest in Prada and Manolo and let your worries be carried away with your lovely new Louboutins.

Nordstrom

500 Pine St, Seattle, WA 98101

Chanel, Gucci, YSL, Dolce & Gabbana, need I say more? Seattle may not be home to some of the hottest boutiques, but you most certainly can find them at Nordstrom.

Le Frock

317 E Pine St, Seattle, WA 98122

Even the girls vintage shop from time to time. Home to some of the hottest vintage labels in the city, you never know what you might find. Still to this day I’m reveling in my fantastic find: Hunter green Prada loafers – hardly worn and only $30!

Five Spot Restaurant the

1502 Queen Anne Ave N, Seattle, WA 98109

The ladies always kept the tradition of Sunday brunch allowing for ample time to update each other on their goings-on the week prior. Delicious brunch with a revolving menu (never disappointing), 5 Spot right on top of Queen Anne has always remained the most ideal brunching locale in the city.

Your guide to fabulousity

You might want to take a towncar or a cab, there’s no way your Louboutin’s will traverse the city in one piece.

Seattle’s equivalent to a New York Hotspot, you can certainly guarantee if the ladies were on a hunt, Amber would be the first stop. Always busy on the weekends and filled with attractive Seattleites, Amber is the perfect place to find someone for the night or if you’re really lucky, someone to pay the bills.

Barolo Ristorante

1940 Westlake Ave, Seattle, WA 98101

Barolo is to Seattle as Balzac is to New York; good luck getting a table. Home to delicious food and drinks (and even a delicious crowd), Barolo is the perfect place to be if you’re wanting to feel fabulous. I recommend you get dressed up if you find yourself itching to go here, otherwise you’ll feel inferior if you don’t.

Chapel Bar

1600 Melrose Ave Seattle, WA 98122

The girls love their cocktails, and Chapel is the perfect place to find ‘em. Host to a plethora of crafty martinis, Chapel has always been one of the top spots for drinks in the city. If you can get over the gothic feeling of the former mortuary, head on over for Debbie Does Dallas or the Pink Lumberjack; you’ll thank me later.

The List

2226 1st Ave Seattle, WA 98121

Formerly the Apartment, another ideal place to see and be seen. More crafty cocktails (Seattle bartenders have quite the imagination) and yet another place to go for eyecandy, The List is certainly bound to become the next up and coming lounge.

Umi Sake House

2230 1st Ave, Seattle, WA 98121

Carrie and the girls always enjoyed a night out with some of the best dining, which is where Umi comes into play. Right next door to The List, Umi is home to some of Seattle’s best sushi (and I’m not just talking about spider rolls). My personal favorites: The Blondie and the Belltown Barbie, two delicious rolls of sushi-eating goodness.

Trinity Nightclub

111 Yesler Way, Seattle, WA 98104

Equivalent to New York’s Tunnel, the girls of Sex and the City would find themselves here if only after a few too many cosmos.

Looking fabulous isn’t always easy, which is why Stylus is a must for your beauty upkeep. From hair to nails, facials and massage, Stylus has it all. I recommend going to Jacque for hair, an absolute doll that surely won’t disappoint.

Cupcake Royale

2052 Nw Market St, Seattle, WA 98107

If you watched the show then you’re more than aware of Carries sweet tooth. Her love for cupcakes was almost as intense as her love for Chanel, which means she’d definitely make her way to Ballard for a triple threat.
