Any cowboy enthusiasts who find their way to the country-themed district of Old Town Scottsdale will need to make sure that they set aside an evening to parley at the newly opened and world famous Saddle Ranch Chop House. This very large country saloon and steak eatery just opened a short while ago in South Scottsdale, and boy is it making a huge impact and hit with the locals.
The Saddle Ranch Chop House originally hails from Austin, Texas, where it was opened quite some time ago. It gained notoriety and world fame for its huge interior, clad with all sorts of western themes, and of course, one of the very few bars that actually has a mechanical bull ride inside—free to all patrons who dare to brave the bull.
A few years following the first opening, another location popped up in Hollywood, and now the residents of Arizona get to enjoy a signature location in Scottsdale. This place is rather large inside and features two bars and two levels. There is a huge patio and once inside you are greeted by cowgirl servers, large drop-down screens with country music videos playing, and of course the mechanical bull ride.
They serve every kind of steak imaginable and their prices are freaking great. From time to time they will even have live music by up-and-coming country artists. But the main reason so many people enjoy coming here is the great drink prices, the awesome atmosphere and of course, the best cowboy steaks you will ever get your hands on. Simply put, Saddle House is awesome!

This awesome and very large country-western bar has been in Cave Creek for a very long time. The owners have striven great lengths to make sure that they are one of the best cowboy bars in the state, and they assuredly have done a great job. While you will not find horse stalls anywhere nearby, they do happen to attract the new western horseman, plenty of very friendly and talkative bikers who roll up on their motorcycles everyday to enjoy their favorite saloon.
The exterior screams cowboy and even has the classic flipping saloon doors that greet thirsty patrons. Once inside you will be treated to three separate areas: the main bar—which is very large and seats about 100; the music section, which has plenty of seating and a great stage; and the restaurant which also seats about 100 and has some awesome steak and other western eats.
They host live music most nights of the week, and typically, they will feature the best local country bands that Arizona has to offer. Their drink prices are great and they frequently will host plenty of drink specials on the weekends to keep the crowds happy.
