Everybody knows of the cute puppies & kittens on flickr. But, what about the ugliest of the ugly? Here's the ugliest animals I could find on flickr... If anybody has other suggestions for ugly animals, then let me know.... I can add them on later.

Aye-Aye
The Aye-aye (Daubentonia madagascariensis) is considered the world’s largest nocturnal primate. Native to Madagascar, the Aye Aye combines rodent-like teeth with a long, thin middle finger, that assists in finding food.
The Alpaca (Vicugna pacos) is a domesticated species of South American camelid. Alpaca’s are commonly mistaken as llama’s, even though they are considerably smaller, with obvious differences in their features.
Despite how ugly Alpaca’s appear to be, the fur is commonly used to make blankets, scarves, sweaters, gloves and hats.
The Mandrill (Mandrillus sphinx) is the world’s largest species of monkey. It’s a primate that is closely related to baboons. The Mandrill mainly lives in the tropical rainforests in Africa, and is widely recognized by their colorful face and butt.
The Turkey (Meleagris gallopavo) is a large bird that is commonly devoured at Thanksgiving celebrations in America. The Turkey is a popular poultry, because it produces alot of meat.
The Warthog (Phacochoerus africanus) is a member of the pig family that is native to Africa. It usually grows to 3-5 ft. & weigh roughly 200-300 lbs. Due to the the poor eyesight of Warthogs, they rely on their sense of smell for hunting food.
The Koala (Phascolarctos cinereus) is marsupial herbivore that lives in the trees of Australia. Koala’s have opposable thumbs and sharp claws to help with climbing trees.
(and yes… I do realize everybody thinks the Koala is cute & cuddly, but they freak me out)
Sam, has been voted “Worlds Ugliest Dog” three years in a row. Making him the Three-Time, Undefeated Champion of Uglyness, especially for animals.
Vampire Bat
The Vampire Bat (Desmodus rotundus) survive by feeding on the blood of other animals they hunt during the night. They are native to the Central Americas, from Mexico to Argentina.
The Llama (Lama glama) is also a South American camelid. Researchers believe Llama’s orginated 40 million years, in North America, but migrated to South America approximately 3 million years ago.
Despite the uglyness, Llama’s are very intelligent & friendly animals that can actually learn simple tasks. But it’s not unheard of for a Llama to spit at humans.
The Squirrel Monkey (Simia sciureus) are usually found living in large packs in the tropical forests of South America. Despite the fact that they only grow to be a couple feet tall, they have the largest brain of any monkey species.
The Emu (Dromaius novaehollandiae) is the largest bird living in Australia. The Emu is a flightless bird that is known to grow up to 2 meters tall and run as fast as 30mph.
The Rhinoceros (Rhinocerotidae) are commonly found in Africa & Southern Asis. The Rhino is commonly recognized by its thick, heavy body & giant horn. There are many species of Rhino, and most of them are critically endangered.
The Three-Toed Sloth (Bradypus variegatus) is an omnivore that mainly lives in the trees of South American Forests. The Three-Toed Sloth are usually about the size of a small dog, weighing about 7-10 lbs.
