Hello, Chelsea- I can understand how tedious it must be, when everyone notes that your name and current neighborhood are identical. AAAAhhh! You are making me homesick. I lived on W. 19th St. in Chelsea for years and would do anything to have my apartment (and my 1992 rent) back again. Nice guide!
