Good guide. My only disagreement is that living by a Trader Joes bumps up your standard of living points by at least 40-50 points. More than once in my life, Chicken Gyoza Potstickers have = BLD for El Guapo.

Hike eastbound and you’ll have one of the most breathtaking views of the greater bay area. 15 minutes…literaly, and you can see the glorious skyline of SF! So great.
