Late-night food in Denver
Denver, despite its hip persona, is still something of a cow town when it comes to getting decent food past 10pm. Here's my list of places to go in Denver for real food (not fast food) late at night (at least until midnight).
City, O’ City is a new restaurant at the old Watercourse location. They serve coffee, alcohol, and excellent vegetarian fare, with an emphasis on specialty pizzas. Open until 2 AM every day of the week. 206 E. 13th Ave., 303-831-6443
Mead Street Station, in Highlands, is a bar and grill with a solid selection of beer and good bar food. I highly recommend the poblano burger with jalapeno cream cheese, potato wedges, and a side of their excellent chipotle mayonnaise. Open and serving food until midnight.
