Crazy Snacks in Other Countries With American Brands
Have you ever noticed how many cool/strange foods that can be found in Japan? And in lots of other countries that aren't the United States? Snacks from brands that we actually have here in the U.S., but in different flavors and varieties. Some of them you would never want to try, but you'd at least like the chance. And some actually sounds quite good. And it's just not fair we can't get these "American" foods in America! Let's start a petition. What crazy foreign snacks do you want to try?
Cheetos Sweetos
What? A cheeto that’s sweet? Yup, My friend recently went to Greece and brought these home with her. They had nothing to do with cheese, so I’m not sure why they want to carry them on the Cheetos brand. But they were delicious little snacks filled with sweet stuff. Maybe they’re coming to America as the above packages are in English? I would LOVE to try the peanut butter ones, obviously.
Doritos Honey Butter
Speaking of cheesy turned sweet, how about some Honey Butter Doritos? I bet they’re actually quite good, if you could stop yourself from thinking about nacho cheese and cool ranch every time you put one in your mouth.
Fruit Parfait Kit Kats
Again, I’m torn. I bet they’re gross. Why do I want a fruit parfait in my chocolate? But I don’t really think it’s fair that people in Japan get to try this and I do not. Shouldn’t I be able to make my own decision about whether or not I want to purchase these?
Pepsi Ice Cucumber
Pepsi Ice Cucumber was made in Japan and never quite made its way into America. Why? Umm, because it most probably wouldn’t have sold a bottle. I would like to try it, but usually when you are craving a soda, you don’t really want a vegetable involved!
Curry Flavor Pringles
I love curry, so I think I would enjoy curry flavor Pringles. Too bad they’re not in the U.S! I actually feel like these would sell OK. There are a lot of curry lovers here in the U.S.!
Smoked Salami Pringles
Mmm salami Pringles. Can’t really go wrong with that. Though I guess meat flavored chips aren’t the most tempting sounding treat ever. I’d still try them!
