We all have different dress codes that we have to follow on a daily basis. Some of us work in strict offices where a shirt and tie is the norm (boo!), while some of us work from home and have a uniform of sweatpants and t-shirts (yay!). Does your work or school have a dress code or can you just waltz in wearing whatever you please? Like tutus and tiaras. Or gorilla costumes. Or is that going too far? What can you be found wearing on a daily basis?
Yoga Pants
A world without yoga pants is not a world I’d be interested in living in. They are seriously the most comfortable thing you can put on your body. Aside from no pants at all, I’m pretty much always wearing yoga pants.
My absolute favorite yoga pants come from Victoria’s Secret. They’re pretty cheap and I love the look and comfort of the foldover pant. Just looking at that picture makes me want to put a pair on. Oh wait, I’m already wearing them. Obviously.
T-shirts
What goes better with yoga pants than t-shirts? Nothing. So yes, I wear a lot of t-shirts. My apartment is always ridiculously hot, even in the winter, even with my window open. So while I sometimes attempt to wear sweatshirts, t-shirts are just so much more comfortable.
Obviously my tees of choice are Red Sox related!
Glasses
I’m one of those people who hates the way I look in glasses. So I basically never wear them out of my apartment. But since I’m in my apartment most of the day, I just keep them on. These days, I probably wear my glasses more than I wear my contacts.
I actually really like my Dolce and Gabbana glasses and think they’re really cute. Just not on me.
Dress Code
Well I guess since I already am home, I can dress like this? Where’s my beer tank top??
Sneakers!
I’m all about comfort, and I do love my vintage converse above, but I’ll settle for any non-heeled comfy shoes.
Hip Hop/Hipster Mix
I actually don’t dress like this, but I would if I worked at American Apparel.
Comfy Pants
Basically this falls into the yoga pants, sweat pants, and/or anything I would sleep in too. I work at a Pilates studio and anything goes. Comfort is key in my book!
Mom Pants
These are back! I gotta tell ya though, too many people wear these to work in. If I were a mom, I would not wear these, but it’s important to point out, that many moms do.
