For the denver rich and wannabe famous, Mario Dileone is a destination for shopping. I’ll go ahead and be an ageist, but it’s probably geared toward a 45 and up, wealthy woman with a 25 year old figure. Sophisticated, sexy, and spendy. I hope I can shop here when I’m rich and famous and living in the CC.

So it’s possibly the most recognizable jewelry box in the world, and a one carrot solitaire engagement ring from Tiffany’s will throw you back a good 5-10k more than your standard jewelry shop. But, it’s such a pretty box, right? Good quality comes with a price. And so does designer names.

Sometimes I don’t even know how to operate the cd players and wireless speakers I find in B&O. Remember the first time you saw the single cd player that you just waved a hand in front of to open. AWESOME! Excellent quality in audio, visual and even lighting and home security, but I’ve heard of home isntallations costing upwards of $150,000. That’s not bad is it?

So Kevin Taylor is pretty much one of Denver’s best known chefs and restauranteurs. And he likes to let you know what his time and effort is worth. This restaurant, atached to HOTEL TEATRO, is not cheap. But it’s good and sometimes you just have to treat yourself.

Ok, so most steak houses come with a price, but due to our location, again…Cherry Creek…this one is even more hoity toity. Steaks are good, but nothing incredible. It’s all about location for this establishment. Bring your wallet, your girlfriend with big boobs and big pockets to stuff leftovers in….because you’ll have trouble affording food for a few days afterwards.

Porsche. Say it with me, correctly….Porsche. It’s a status symbol for men going through their mid-life crisis all over the country, and hot young things living off a sugar daddy. One day, if you’re not driving a Range Rover, you may find yourself eyeing that candy apple red Boxter convertible (and wondering if it will make you look younger.) The answer…no, but you will look wealthy.

BMW. This is nice kids. My friend, who’s dad is wealthy, bought her a 7 series. It’s fast, pretty, and not too soccer momish, but also not screaming look at me. Who am I kidding….it’s totally about the engine, right? Right. Oh, she also had a Land Rover and boxter before this. See picture. Lucky girl.

Don’t get me wrong, there are several pricier designers out there, but when it comes to cute little dresses with a steep price tag, Betsey holds her own. I mean, come on….a sundress for $400? It costs a lot to look this cute. And her stuff is ADORABLE! Seriously, you feel like the prettiest girl ever.

A good night’s sleep is very important. I havn’t had one in a few days. I wish I could go to Duxiana and drop 10 Grand on a new mattress. WTF? For real? 10 GRAND? It’s less than the 50k mattress from Hastings. That mattress better serve breakfast in bed and spoon me at night. And make me lose 10 lbs. Maybe it’s filled with the previous owner’s cash inside?
