This guide will point you in the right direction when time is of the essence. As a busy girl myself, I am always pressed for time when it comes to shopping. Don't get me wrong, I LOVE to shop. It's just that I hate to spend valuable time standing in lines at a fitting room or at a check out line when I could be sipping margaritas at my neighborhood bar. But I digress. In order to save time, do not go to a mall unless you are there at 9:45am and waiting outside of Nordstrom for them to open up. I would recommend traveling to 17th and Walnut Streets in Center City Philadelphia. Bring a roll of quarters and find a parking spot on the street. Zara, H&M and Ann Taylor Loft are right next door to one another. If you need shoes, Steeve Madden is on the same block. The shops open at 10am and you can avoid the hassle of loosing your car in the mall parking lot because there are 150 white Honda Civics that look just like yours.
