I like all kinds of fries--thick cut steak fries, twice fried Belgian-style, shoestrings, even sweet potato fries. I love fries so much I generally eat them before my entree. And no ketchup! Only lame, cold fries deserve this fate.
If you love fries as much as I do, share your favorites here! Extra credit for sweet potato fries...yummy!
The best overall fries in Denver. Made from fresh-cut potatoes, they’re fresh tasting like my grandma used to make. The onion rings here deserve an honorable mention.

Fries and only fries at this new Boulder restaurant. Kris be happy here. Right across the street from the oxygen bar, no joke.
A ‘green’ alternative to the traditional fries are the fried green beans sold by Steve’s. Lightly fried and salted, the green beans are snappin! If you prefer ‘orange’, then maybe the fried carrots are more your thing.
