The best costume party in the world also known as Bay to Breakers took place last weekend. For those of you who don't know, Bay to Breakers is when 90,000 of San Francisco's finest weirdos come out to party together for one spectacular day of drinking, debauchery, and public nekkidness all under the guise of a 7.5 mile road race sponsored by ING bank (I know, f*cking BRILLIANT, right?).
