One of the best, OZ Architecture, has a location in LoDo too. Best known for their commercial work, they are constantly in the news and always in the know of what’s hot in design in Denver. If you’ve got the credentials, you’d be lucky to have a spot on this team.

Hiring an interior designer is a big decision. If you love interior design and think utilizing sustainable materials is just as important as choosing the right fabric for the sofa, then you should look into AIII, Inc. This award winning design firm is known fof going ‘green’ way before it was cool. I’ve always loved their work and would give my pinky toe to work here!

Going to Sing Sing will make you appreciate all the music your parents made you listen to growing up because you’ll know all the words! This is a Billy joel lover’s dream. This dueling piano bar is super fun for big groups. You’ll lose your voice belting out the tunes you grew up too and possibly learn a new song or two. I almost always see a bachelorette party here, doing whatever they can to get the bride on stage and embarass her, and always havin a good ‘ole time.

If you are just out for a drink, the bar is vast with plenty of seating and sure to be one of your favorites too.

If renting is more your speed, the Premier Lofts are right by the ballpark and offer several different lay-outs. Underground parking protects your car during inclement weather (you know, the 50 days of year we don’t have sunshine!) and there is literally a bar located on the first floor! This is a young Denverite’s dream.

Finally. Finally! My prayers were answered. This market has produce, chocolate, breads and drinks so making a trip to the busy grocery store a couple miles away is no longer needed. They even make food right on the spot when you aren’t in the mood to cook at all. Think of it as a Denver style, locally owned New York Market.

Denver is really holding it’s own in the dining arena with Venice Restaurant and Wine Bar. Itvcould compete with some of New York’s favorite Italian spots. It’s one of my favorites because of the Happy Hour that makes me scream holy cow. $3.00 appetizers and $5.00 glasses of wine are perfect for beginning your evening. For dinner, the risotto, raviolli and lasagna are to die for. You cannot go wrong here.
