Free on Thursdays, The Art Institute. is a fantastic place to view all of the greats! Winter is the best time to go and view classic art, and stand alone for hours in front of your favorite painting.

While you are here checking out the beautiful sculptures and some Henry Matisse, grab a bite to eat at the garden restaurant. This classy restaurant overlooks the McKinlock Court and if it’s a beautiful day, you might even tap in to your own artistic talents. Just limit your street art to the streets… somewhere else. They will arrest you. I don’t speak from experience, but I am almost positive that this will happen.
