I live in the Sunnyside neighborhood in North Denver. Lots of good Mexican places nearby. These are my current favorites.

Not really a taqueria, by my definition. This place is cheap and awesome.
If you love huevos rancheros like I do you NEED to go here. There’s just something about the flavor of eggs from an authentic Mexican food restaurant that can’t be beat. Also, if you go here on weekday mornings the meal costs something like $2.
Maybe a little outside of downtown, but worth the trek.
