Ok. I’ve taken yoga here and let me TELL. YOU. WHAT. These people are no joke, they do things like that above, yeah? what?! I went to an intermediate class, since I’m no newbie or so I thought…..and the BEGINNERS were kicking my ass. I think I’ll head back to the gym instead.
