Though I made the move from the patchouli-scented enclave of Boulder to the cultural sink and glamourama of Los Angeles over 6 years ago, there are restaurants nestled in the foothills of the Rockies that I literally still dream about.

I only went here once but as my first foray into fine dining, it will always hold a special place in my heart. Impeccable service, breathtaking views and an atomsphere that makes you feel like royalty, taking a date to this place is basically a guarantee that you will get laid. Sorry to be crude, but it’s the truth.
