The National Toy Train Museum lives up to the promise of its name with hundreds of toy trains on display, ranging from electric trains to antique models dating back to the 1800s. Visitors have five large train layouts to peruse, and are allowed to actually operate many of the trains. The museum occupies a scenic building designed to resemble an actual train station, just east of Strasburg along Gap Road.
