Not only is the coffee fantastic and the baristas can froth milk like nobody’s business, but the owner is often seeing ringing in customer orders, yesterday I saw him cleaning out the bussing station. How often do you see that happen, let alone done by a manager? The staff is all so friendly and not smug, tattooed & pierced like so many other places.
