I like all kinds of fries--thick cut steak fries, twice fried Belgian-style, shoestrings, even sweet potato fries. I love fries so much I generally eat them before my entree. And no ketchup! Only lame, cold fries deserve this fate. If you love fries a...

For a mid-priced great steak, Ted’s Montana is a quality choice. A wonderful long bar, and relatively small dining room are upscale but with a western casual feel. Ted’s also has a decent sized patio for dining.

The best overall fries in Denver. Made from fresh-cut potatoes, they’re fresh tasting like my grandma used to make. The onion rings here deserve an honorable mention.
