Gang violence? Centerpoint of drugs? What utter nonsense! I.ve been bowling at Holiday Lanes twice a week since the 1970’s. It’s always been a family run bowling center with few, if any, problems.
I used to know a Lakewood cop and he always said that this bowling alley was the centerpoint of all drug and gang violence in the entire city. I don’t know if that is true, but it is what he always said. All I know is that at night they turn on the blacklights for the glow-in-the-dark “twilight bowling”. It’s not nearly as cool as it sounds.
