Bottineau is a city in Bottineau County, North Dakota in the United States. It is the county seat of Bottineau CountyGR6. The population was 2,336 at the 2000 census. Bottineau was founded in 1887.
Bottineau is home to Minot State University-Bottineau and Bottineau Winter Park.
