What's on your workout playlist?
I don't know how people can read books at the gym. Maybe it has something to do with my fear of treadmills. Whenever I'm on one I use my hands to hold on for dear life and concentrate on my feet. I'll fly off otherwise. The only thing that gets me to the gym, besides my gut, is music. If I don't have a good playlist, I ain't working out.
A part of me wants to be this chick. The other part would never allow me to dye my hair that color.
I may or may not have been caught singing along to this on one of my many walks.
It’s energetic, funky and awesome. What more do you need at the gym?
I think this song would be on every playlist I make – even those sappy lovey dovey lists.
For some reason this song makes me want to hit things. I couldn’t tell you why.
I have no idea why this is on my playlist, but it works. Maybe it’s because my hair looks like Axel’s after a good workout…
Well, I don’t believe in gyms or exercise on principle (burning calories? Paying to burn calories? We live in a luxurious society). I DO bike though, but that means I don’t listen to anything while doing so. Hello dangerous!
But I’d listen to West Coast…I’m obsessed right now.
There’s actually a lot of JT on my playlist, but I’m trying to keep the embarrassment at a low level.
Excellent song to move to!
The best I could find was this 40 second clip from a live concert, but you get the jist.
They’re on here twice so you know they’re good.
I know the world isn’t a huge fan of his right now, but I can’t help but feel energized when this song comes on.
