Why None of Us Should be Drinking & Driving

People all over the world drink. Many of these drinkers have been pulled over for DUI or their location's equivalent. In 2007, according to the National Highway Traffic Association, there were nearly 13,000 alcohol-impaired driving crashes. That is good reason to keep laws against drinking and driving strict. Your television and the internet are filled with videos of people failing miserably at field sobriety tests. While these videos are intended to be humorous, the fact these people were pulled over is no joking matter. Someone's life, or lives, may have been saved the day these people's antics were put to a stop. For that we can all be appreciative. That aside, take a moment to relish in the fact these people were captured but pay attention to the obvious comedy of the situations. Keep in mind that you don't want to be responsible for someone's death and you don't want to have your face popularized by the internet.
