An easy day trip from anywhere in the Puget Sound, this well cared for park in the foothills of the Cascades offers a mildly challenging hike up to an amazing display of water, rock and sound.

Tour d'Joko: Wallace Falls Edition

There’s a denouement to this video below…

Gold Bar is a city in Snohomish County, Washington, United States. The population was 2,014 at the 2000 census.

A Great Hike!

I used to travel all over making video guides that I called the “Tour d’Joko”.  Nowadays, I am limited to where I can get to on bicycle and public transportation.  There’s a State Park you can get to on the 270/271 line up to Gold Bar that is a beautiful day trip:  Wallace Falls State Park

The hike up to the Middle Falls is about 2.5 miles, but climbs nearly 1000 feet.  If you’re not in the fittest shape (as I am not), give yourself plenty of time.

I prefer showing and singing as opposed to writing, so please have a view of my latest Tour d’Joko:  Wallace Falls Edition
