There's no mocking these faux meat dishes

Okay, there’s a lot to wrap one’s head around with this restaurant. The name says Singapore but the cuisine if definitely Chinese. And besides being vegetarian, this Asian restaurant in the heart of Philly’s Chinatown, is also Kosher. But don’t let the random details fool you-this is one of the best, and often-overlooked spots in the Asian district. With winning dishes that rely on tofu and other mock meats to reinvent traditional Chinese meat dishes and a very attentive waitstaff, this restaurant should be on everyone’s to-do list

I’d imagine in the City of Cheesesteak, vegetarian restaurants are few and far between…but, also, a welcome sight, right?! ;)
