Dr. Stephen Vega

Stephen is originally a native of California but has been on the East Coast for eighteen years. He completed his undergraduate studies at Amherst College and went on for medical school to the University of Pennsylvania on a 21st Century Scholarship; a prestigious full tuition merit based award. He did his plastic surgery residency and medical training at the University of Rochester. He completed a fellowship in microsurgery and breast reconstruction under the mentorship of Dr. Joseph M. Serletti.
