A classic from the classics. You will experience a unique solidarity with your new freshman roommate as you safety-pin her into a light pink sheet belted with tin foil.

Tacky Christmas Sweater Party

Someone genius from the thrift stores must have come up with this idea. Even though there’s a tacky sweater party on every corner in December, I still find this theme to be entertaining.

Pimps & Hos Party

It’s way more fun to dress like a pimp than a ho. But even the girl dressing as the pimp has been overdone. This probably makes my Worst Of The Worst party ideas list.

Foam Party

This is undoubtedly the most unsanitary of the listed party themes. Not only will you have to endure being groped, but it will be by a slimy wet hand. I feel bad for whoever has to do the clean-up on those.

Mafia Party

These girls were so excited for the Mafia Party, that they got ready at 2 in the afternoon!

Graffiti Party

What better what of getting to know someone than to walk right up to them and draw a penis on their shirt?

Highlighter Party

This is kind of like the graffiti party, but with highlighters and a blacklight.

Stunna Shades Party

Good thing there are 25 covers of that sunglasses song by Corey Hart.

White Party

Kind of like the highlighter party, but with no highlighter.

Uh oh - It's those girls who take this same exact photo at every party...

Pajama Party

Somehow, I didn’t feel too welcomed when I arrived in my flannel footies and bunny slippers.

Ho Ho Ho Party

This is the only occasion during which wearing a red corsette is acceptable. Or, for that matter, a white miniskirt in the dead of winter. And since I doubt the homeless shelter would appreciate my hand-me-down hohoho ensemble, maybe someone should still throw one of these.

G.I. Joe Party

Let’s have a party where we drink alcohol, but instead of wearing regular old clothes, we’ll wear army clothes.

Angels & Devils

Another pick at the very bottom of my list.

Playboy Party

Boys, if you ever find yourself in a romantic situation with a girl wearing any type of Playboy gear, run for the hills. Those girls are almost as bad as cat ladies.

60s/70s/80s/80s Party

Kind of like Halloween, except no one dresses up as David Bekham or sexy cats.
