Tips: The bar actually only occupies half of the top floor, but the southern exposure is quite interesting. It’s fun to go with a friend who knows Raleigh so you can try and pick out the various downtown buildings. Look directly down and you’ll see Second Empire—look straight out and you can see well down Hillsborough Street.
