CHOICES
Our relationship with time is eternally constant This constant is marked by choice and commitment to meet the needs and wants of society and others in this life. If we do not face this requirement of Social Interaction and accept it as part of “The Human Condition” we will struggle with getting to our destinations set in time.
WHAT ARE YOUR PHYSICAL MOVEMENTS
When factoring required physical movements into your day it’s easy to see just how much time we have available to mold into results. If you are like me and are a normal living breathing human you can start by realizing that we only have 24 hours in a day to start our analysis:
- How many minutes a day do you physically interact with your phone?
- How much physical time does it take to just shower in the morning?
- How long does it take you to get dressed and get ready to leave?
- How many times have you realized that you just read the entire Bathroom Reader Book before you were able to flush?
- How many minutes do you type, point, or click a day?
These are the types of necessary “
PHYSICAL MOVEMENTS” that we often do not realize are critical to master. I have developed a tool for maximizing my time and doing it in a focused and self improving way. It works for me, I hope you find value in the concept as well..
