Time and managing time is difficult. Learn how to incorporate Analysis & Planning, Choice, and Physical Movement into mastering time and commitment in life.
Time never retreats and is one of those rare concepts that is linked uniquely to Eternity. The Human Being is an equal and rare creation that shares a special connection with eternity and time.
TIME and HUMANS are both linked to Eternity.
Harness Your Power
Using our super powers we can learn to navigate our chosen life currents with a true compass and swim across our ocean of time by paying special attention to required physical movements of the body combined with the right choices.
We have super powers that need to be activated. Our super powers aren’t super until we realize we have them and we start exercising them: THE POWER OF CHOICE
We have the unique ability to “Choose” (generally) how we spend our time.
MASTER PHYSICAL MOVEMENT
We are the masters of our bodies (time machines). We use these machines to navigate what we call now. We can measure and control our Physical Movements.
PLANNING, ANALYZING, & FOCUS
We have the special evolutionary trait of being able to imagine or project how we will use time and we can analyze or reflect on ourselves, our past, and the choice to enter time with others.
CHOICES
Our relationship with time is eternally constant This constant is marked by choice and commitment to meet the needs and wants of society and others in this life. If we do not face this requirement of Social Interaction and accept it as part of “The Human Condition” we will struggle with getting to our destinations set in time.

WHAT ARE YOUR PHYSICAL MOVEMENTS
When factoring required physical movements into your day it’s easy to see just how much time we have available to mold into results. If you are like me and are a normal living breathing human you can start by realizing that we only have 24 hours in a day to start our analysis:
How many minutes a day do you physically interact with your phone?
How much physical time does it take to just shower in the morning?
How long does it take you to get dressed and get ready to leave?
How many times have yourealized that you just read the entire Bathroom Reader Book before you were able to flush?
How many minutes do you type, point, or click a day?
These are the types of necessary “PHYSICAL MOVEMENTS” that we often do not realize are critical to master. I have developed a tool for maximizing my time and doing it in a focused and self improving way. It works for me, I hope you find value in the concept as well..
