Some of you might want to take a break from your computers and join me for a little adventure. Through my experiences in life there is no better rush than putting yourself out there in the mercy of fate. Not knowing what will happen next (little deep I know but true). In this guide we will take a little trip down a road called insanity. Insanity- (in·san·i·ty) means to live life to the fullest. Here we go!

Nice and Easy

The Magnum XL-200 at Cedar Point located in Sandusky, Ohio. By far the best amusement park for rides in the country. This ride was built in 1989 and used to be the tallest (205 Ft) and the fastest (72 MPH) ride in the country. Was there for the opening of this ride. Stood in line in the down pour rain for three hours until it had mechanical problems. Took another two hours before we got a chance to ride. Now that’s insanity!

The Heart is Pounding

Imagine flying 10,000 feet over the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains. Looking down only to see the local vineyards and rolling foothills of the Yadkin Valley. To some this may sound like a dream but to us, it’s a way of life.

There are only three free divers that swim with Great Whites that I know of. Pictured is Andre Hartman from South Africa taking a little swim with his pet “CuJo”. Watch the entire video below. Not too long. Either he is suicidal or insane. Vote now!

Long Version of Insanity

Here is the long version of Andre Hartman’s free dive with a Great White. The video is about seven minutes long but contains only material from his dive with “CuJo”.

Take it a Little Slow

In 2006, Cedar Point added a world-record-breaking thrill ride – Skyhawk. Located near Snake River Falls in Frontiertown and standing 103 feet above the ground, Skyhawk is the tallest ride of its kind in the world.

Skyhawk features two giant swinging arms, each 84 feet in length, with 20 seats on each arm. Each set of 20 seats consists of two rows of 10 seats, positioned back to back, that provide each rider with a “front row” view. Using pneumatic technology similar to that used on Power Tower, riders are thrilled as they are pushed toward the sky, then experience weightlessness as they reverse direction and rush back toward the ground – just like the drop side of a roller coaster – with no ride structure in their path. At the peak of the arc, riders on Skyhawk are more than 125 feet in the air and reach speeds of 60 mph in both directions! The $6 million ride gives nearly 800 rides an hour. Each ride is approximately one minute long. In its inaugural season, Skyhawk gave 744,590 rides. (Guests must be at least 48 inches tall to ride Skyhawk.)

I’m really into sharks. shark week every year…shark websites, yaddayadda. loved this guide. NO WAY is the Shark Surfing video real. I’ve seen this one before. And the dog attack one – poor shark! He had no chance! I am angered for him…or her.
