The City's Best Pho

I fancy myself a Pho connoisseur: I love pho. Not just any pho though: veggie pho. Some of you may think this is a cop out because traditionally pho is beef based. I like beef, just not beef pho. Now the point: PHO 900 on Broadway, 900 Broadway to be exact has the best pho in town. It's not fast, like Than Bros Pho but it also lacks the little flies that accompany theirs. To each their own, I guess. Pho 900 adds a generous helping of fresh vegetables (broccoli, carrots, cauliflower, green onions) to the fresh rice noodles and your choice of chicken or veggie broth. The entire beautiful bowl of soup is topped off with fried shallots (OMG, so good) and just the right amount of fried tofu. While you're there, give the tofu chien a chance: these fried tofu sticks look like big french fries but somehow seem much healthier. Dip 'em in the peanut sauce and prepare for a party in yo' mouth. Oh and the vietnamese coffee will take care of any caffeine need you may have. They also offer free WiFi: Awesome.

Fresh ingredients, prompt service, low prices. It’s location in the heart of Seattle’s International District doesn’t hurt either. As good as Pho gets in Seatown!

Your Pho sounds tasty… but I’m pretty committed to my Pho. I think a Pho-off may be in order!

Busy trying to live in Seattle and Mexico. How is it possible? I'm not sure but I will let you know when I figure it out. It's all about spending and saving time and money, I think. More to come.
