Your Favorite TARGET Designer Collaboration?!
They don't always hit it on the bullseye every time, but they come pretty damn close... Target has pioneered the uber-popular designer collaboration trend, and it has taken off with lightening speed! (P.S. Sidenote, fashionistas--Jimmy Choo's exclusive H&M line will debut November 14, 2009...mark your calendars!) After all, who doesn't love hip, of-the-moment fashion for a fraction of the designer price tag? It seems like every time you wander into your neighborhood Target, there's a new exciting stylish set of designer-engineered clothes on display to tempt you. So, tell me! Which collections have been your favorites? Which have totally flopped? Who would you LOVE to see come out with a line for Target?
Tracy Feith for Target
In stores…NOW. Surfer babe meets flower power princess…Tracy Feith’s Target collection is peppy, unabashedly floral and drenched in summer lovin’.
Dita von Teese is a Target Fan
The high-maintenance glamor girl doesn’t exactly scream ‘eco-conscious’ or ‘thrifty’, but for some reason her PR thought it would be a good idea to send her off to the Loomstate for Target fashion event in L.A.
Talk about a fish out of water.
Mena Suvari <3s Target
Eco-friendly fashion at Target? Even celebs are a fan.
Erickson Beamon for Target
Want some glittering baubles that won’t break the bank? Uber-popular Erickson Beamon (Michelle Obama is a fan, FYI) has a line at Target that’s sure to spark your interest if bling is your thing.
Anya Hindmarch for Target
Hindmarch’s collection was a hit!
Loomstate for Target
Organic cotton on the cheap? Yes, please!

Interviewing Rogan Gregory of Loomstate
Yup, that’s me at the launch party in L.A. for Rogan’s second collection for Target. His organic line (both high-end at Barneys and low-end at Target) is a hit.
Behnaz Sarafpour for Target
Think back to 2006…lace overlay cardigans, satin party skirts, and black and ivory everything….ring a bell?
Behnaz created a successful reinterpretation of her prim-yet-sassy style for the budget-friendly Target consumer.
Rachel Bilson on a Budget?
The always-stylish starlet turns out for a Target fashion event. Bilson prides herself on mixing high and low, so it’s no surprise that she would be a fan of Target’s genius designer collaborations.
Temperley for Target
Mostly black-and-white palette with chic knits and sweater dresses, Temperley’s collection for Target was all together wearable and flattering for a wide range of age groups.
Sami Hayek Home for Target
Oh the collaborations don’t just stop in the fashion department. The home furnishings section is bursting with fresh innovations, too…take Sami Hayek’s (as in Salma’s brother) modern, contemporary home line for the dorm room-turned-new-apartment dweller set.
Jaye Hersh's 'Hollywood Intuition' for Target
Riding on her (wildly successful) coat tails with LA-based celeb-favorite boutique, Intuition, Hersh was tapped to do an accessories line that makes star-worthy style accessible to everyone. My personal take on it? Pretty blah and ordinary, but maybe that’s because I’m overly saturated in celeb style since I live in Lalaland.
Thakoon for Target
I picked up some of this collection when it hit stores, but now I’m kind of regretting not buying more!

Anna Sui for Target
Anna Sui’s line might be postponed, but it will hopefully be here soon. How amazing will it be? It’s totally Gossip Girl inspired!
