I once overheard this conversation in a gym: Girl 1 – I really like your abs what do you do? Girl 2 – Well I do crunchs until I feel like I have to throw up, then I do 20 more. Girl 1 – wow I will have to try that. Do you ever throw up? Girl 2 – I have but not every often.
