Supposedly sweat contains a compound capable of heightening sexual arousal. If sweat can trigger attraction, who knows what else it can do to improve your social and work life! Add to this guide and post all things that can "make you sweat till you bleed." Who knows, maybe it will be inspiring.

Try Harder

If you’re working out and not sweating, you’re not trying hard enough.

If I forget to grab a towel before getting on the treadmill, I’m in big trouble. I sweat a lot. But I still haven’t found my future husband at the gym. Damnn.

For those of us with default sweaty: NOT SO SEXY

Thanks to the Perspiration-Preparedness Center of Burlington, Mass (Okay, just Daramic, actually), sweat can be controlled when we least desire it with the help of microporous polyolefins. Let’s just call them: ‘sweat busters’.
