Daddy's

435 Graham Ave, Brooklyn, NY 11211

Yes, the Margaveza is exactly what you’re thinking it is; a twelve-ounce bottle of Sol poured into a pint glass, topped with four ounces of frozen margarita, and garnished with a lime. This is either a BAD headache or the most incredible invention on the planet Earth. Try it out and let me know…..I’m still a little apprehensive. PLUS, it’s easy to make at home!

If you can’t jaunt off to New Orleans try to make it at home:

Use gin, champagne, lemon juice, and sugar. There is some controversy over whether the cocktail was originally made with gin or with cognac and champagne. If Vodka is substituted for the gin it may be referred to as a French 76.
