So all the staging and work paid off - we just closed on our house, 6 weeks after putting it on the market and for more than the previous comps in the area. I don't know what came over us, we are selling our house to move into a bigger house. Sure we are crowded but why did I agree to put myself through this. Staging, Showing, and Selling my house is stressful and driving me nuts.

We bought some mulch and rock. We will be returning in May for flowers. The stager wanted us to add them now, but it has snowed twice since she came so I’m glad we waited and saved the poor flowers from a cold death.

People are doing everything to sell their house. YouTube has videos galore with houses for sale. Just type in home for sale and the city you are looking for and you will see them. I think if we don’t get an offer in the next couple of weeks I’m breaking out the video camera.

All done – the house is sold.

The fair is a lot of fun. I think we will have to drive over to attend in the future if we sell the house.
