South Beach, Miami

South Beach is probably the most hip part of Miami--it's known for a great beach, awesome nightlife and fit bodies. It's not out of the ordinary, when vacationing in South Beach, to see Kim Kardashian or Jessica Alba. There are tons of restaurants along the main drag, Ocean Drive, all of which compete for your business and try to lure you in. The prices aren't so bad and there are a lot of options. If you like Cuban food, this is the place to go!! When it comes to partying, you have pretty much everything you need. There are small, swank bars in addition to enormous techno-pounding clubs the size of mansions. For kinky fun, one can visit the Hollywood Hustler store and for those really looking to do something crazy, you can hit up Miami Ink for that ass tattoo you've always wanted. In South Beach, it's almost always above 70 degrees, usually in the 80s, and even if it rains, it stops pretty quick. The people there are beautiful, and with so many tourists you can still blend in if you don't want to be seen. Lincoln Avenue has tons of upscale shopping and the restaurants are pricey but plentiful. If you're a girl, make sure to bring a skirt or dress-this is a place you want to dress it up a bit. Also, make sure you like booze. South Beach is a place to have fun, get wild, and to see and be seen.
