I love this guide… I have this stuffy nose… not like a cold, just constantly stuffy, annoying when it runs out of control!!! Whenever I go to an alternative medicine doctor they always recommend giner for me… have horrible circulation and I heard that ginger is good for that…. Just can’t stand the taste!!!! Great guide, will be referencing it often!

Ahh, I wish I saw this on Tuesday night when I came down with a horrible cold…one that made me miss every Christmas activity and visit we had planned. Boo! Great advice! :)
