Blame it on the adorable packaging, but I’m a sucker for anything floral and pink! Oh, and the perfume’s not bad either.

Hanae Mori

I love finding lesser-known labels that stand out from the pack. Hanae Mori is sweet with a tinge of sin, but all together warm and inviting. Kinda like me.

With delicious notes of lychee and pineapple , it’s the perfect summer scent!

Trader Joe's Tea Tree Tingle Body Wash

Perfume makes my eyes burn and gives me a headache. But I love my tea tree body wash.

A lot of people I know wear it, but seriously- it is the BEST SCENT IN THE WORLD AND, I get told I smell amazing literally, a few times a day.

Totally mind-boggling. But in a good way.

Nantucket Natural Oils

In my quest to find my signature scent, I have tried every frickin’ perfume on the market. They’re either too strong or I get sick of them after a day.

So, what I do now is layer singular-scent perfume oils and create my own. I love vanilla and coconut, with some citrus thrown in for good measure. This spot is a treasure trove for scent!

SheWood by DSquared

This is the only fragrance that I wear frequently enough to qualify as “signature”, really. It’s a woodsy scent with more violet than anything, and some top citrus notes that are gone within minutes. I ADORE violet scents, which is further proof that I am an 80 year-old trapped inside a 31 year-old body. But really, this is a wonderful violet that avoids smelling like pastilles.

Bvlgari Jasmine Noir

Widget_d1uto9zsvfaiccee4q_sx7

There was a time when I couldn’t get enough Bvlgari, but as with all scents, I eventually got sick of their glorious Pour Femme. However, this scent, Jasmine Noir, is a splendid woodsy floriental. I always talk myself out of it when I’m at Nordstrom, though, because my medicine cabinet is bursting with scent after unused scent as it is.

Basically this cologne heightens my “do me” factor. So if you’re near me while I’m wearing this cologne, watch out!

Another understated and beautiful scent that blends perfectly into your hide. Whenever I wear this, I find myself shoving my wrists against my nose every few minutes.

If I had to pick one fragrance to wear for the rest of my life, I’d probably go with this! I’ve been wearing it since my senior year of high school (right when it launched) and I sneakily purchased it as a Mother’s Day Gift…that I ended up ‘borrowing’ everyday. It’s been a constant in my life and I haven’t had any complaints yet.

Parfum D'ete by Kenzo

I stumbled upon this at a Sephora, and was attracted to it by the leaf-shaped bottle. I tried it on, and it’s has the most intoxicating fragrance. It smells of jasmine, and automatically makes you feel sexy and feminine when wearing it. When I had this, I wore it every day because of how much I loved the scent. It’s also a “warm” fragrance, which will have you thinking summer in the middle of a snowstorm. I recommend this perfume for romantic evenings or everyday use.

Lacoste Touch of Pink

I used to never get through a whole bottle of perfume. I’ve already gone through 2 of these and ready for a third. I tried to convince myself it’s time for something new, but I don’t think I can do it. It’s just “me” now. And we wouldn’t want to change that!

L'Eau D'Hiver

Widget_dfbsui98bks7byakmdnzv9

The best perfumes, in my opinion, are the ones that cause people to exclaim “You smell so good!” rather than “What’s that amazing perfume you are wearing?”. Great perfumes blend so well with your natural smell that no one should be able to tell where the smell of your skin ends and the perfume begins.

This is not to say that I don’t have many, many “perfumey” perfumes. I am a perfume FREAK. I have a huge collection, and can never settle on a signature scent. However, this is one of my top favorite scents of all time. Pink pepper is the top note, and it slowly mellows out into a powdery scent that blends beautifully with my skin.

Bvlgari The Blanc

I only recently discovered this one when my boyfriend’s sister shared it with me. Gorgeously diaphanous, with a hint of tea, minus the hay smell that accompanies so many tea scents.

Eau De Cartier

Widget_afpxgar1fiu4rogqltbozs

Eau De Cartier is a lovely unisex smell with a bit of spice. Despite containing a good deal of musk (musks, even though they sound dirty, are actually the smell of clean skin, so the smell of clean laundry is actually an artificial musk that is added to make clothes smell “clean”), it avoids the annoying “clean male crotch” smell that is so standard in other popular unisex (or pretty much any Tommy Hilfiger or Calvin Klein scent) splashes.

I always check out other scents I might like, but I always come back to this sweet, warm, fresh, cute but sexy scent.
As a great gift idea, if you order online, you can upload a picture that they will transfer onto the bottle. I thought it was a cute idea, I personally loved my gift even more!
