So we finally got a new bed!! Whoo-hoo! I can’t believe we made it almost a year sharing a double – why did we wait so long!?

So we got a great mattress and frame for $200 from friends . . . but . . .

Quite possibly my favorite book and one of the most depressing and tragic I ever read, it’s a booze-filled day of insanity in Mexico on the Day of the Dead, which happens to be my birthday. It hurt my heart, but I loved it.
