So one morning my TV wouldn't turn on properly...and I opened the phone book and called the closest repair shop. Unfortunately it was Pro TV. They had a large ad stating "excellent customer service!" and "quick quotes!"...neither one of those were true. If one were to have "excellent customer service" I imagine they would tell you that in addition to the $70 service fee, a $50 fee will also be assessed for both taking and returning the television to your home. $100! That small detail was not explained to us from the start, and they also did not offer to do the repairs in home which they could (and should) have. And probably the biggest piece of this gripe pie is that we also found out that the supposed work they did for about double the price of anywhere else was shoddy work (we had a secondary repairman check their work), and possibly had nothing to do with the part that they charged us for! Awesome! Oh and about that "quick quote"...they wouldn't give us one until the work was done.
