Robots are cute, when I was 17 I convinced my friend to get a robot tattooed on her ribcage.

I once got my geeky engineer friend a plush, robot kleenex dispenser (because I’m pretty sure he wacks off to robots) so I thought it was appropriate. Check ThinkGeek.com but not sure if they still sell them…
