The Fairmont Scottsdale is an amazing hotel and located in one of my favorite places in the world. The hotel has recently added a new Michael Mina destination restaurant called Bourbon Steak. I have been to the one in Miami and they are both to die for. This is definitely not a Cheap Palm Springs Hotel . Your wallet will definitely feel lighter by the time you leave. Great bar, awesome pool area, and great food.
