My Lip Gloss is Cool: Where to Load Up on Gloss in Boston

Bonne Bell

This is the lip gloss (chapstick) that started it all. At one point this was my heaven. And I’m not gonna lie, I still get a little bit excited about it. Look at all those flavors! I’ve probably had at least 100 of these in my lifetime and still use them from time to time (great before bed!). There are a few discontinued flavors that I would do anything to have come back!

Tutti Dolci

I think I have at least 10 Tutti Dolci lip glosses. The flavors are SO SO amazing, you have to try them to believe it. They are flavored to taste like some of your favorite desserts and they do a fabulous job atreplicating them. My personal fave flaves are the creme brulee and lemon meringue. They say that deliciously flavored lip glosses can even calm real sugary food cravings. After using Tutti Dolci, I believe it!

Goldie

Goldie is another brand of lip gloss I discovered at Bath & Body Works. While it’s a bit more expensive than the lip glosses I typically buy, I love the color and feel of it, especially the snowfox color. It’s really pretty-looking, but still subtle enough and doesn’t look like you’re overdoing it. Great for special occasions!

CO Bigelow Lip Gloss

Honestly, ALL of the CO Bigelow lip glosses are good, but the vanilla cola one is one of my absolute favorites. It tastes soooo amazing and also feels fabulous once it hits your lips.

I also highly recommend the spearmint one, but the grapefruit flavored gloss is also delicious!

CO Bigelow Lemon

I haven’t tried CO Bigelow’s lemon lip gloss yet, but this definitely has to be the next one I test becauseI absolutely LOVE the way CO Bigelow’s other lemon products smell. Better than any lemon you’ve ever sniffed before!!

I wish the CO Bigelow van would come and visit me in Boston!

Maybelline Shiny-licious

This is probably my absolute favorite lip gloss ever. And here it is in my absolute favorite color ever- lolly-pink. Shiny-licious adds the perfect amount of color and just feels so good on your lips- not too sticky, not too gooey; nice and smooth. It’s also super long-lasting and smells delicious!

Shiny-licious comes in a bunch of different colors and flavors and while I enjoy most of them, lolly-pink is still the best!

Lancome Juicy Tubes

Lancome’s Juicy Tubes are for me today like what Bonne Bell chapsticks were were for me back in the day. I used to get a 8-pack of special flavors of Bonne Bell for Christmas every year, and now I get the 8-pack of Juicy Tubes.

The glosses are SO good. They must have over 100 different colors and shades, including tons of pretty pinks that I love. They also smell quite nice and are super shiny and well, juicy. I love this stuff!

Philosophy Lip Glosses

I love Philosophy brand everything, so their lip glosses are no exception. I’ve never tried the ones pictured above, but how pretty and fun do they look?

I do love Philosophy’s cinnamon bun lip gloss, as well as their sugar cookie one. They obviously taste amazing and also give your lips a nice little tingle.

Patricia Wexler's Lip Plumper

I love this stuff!! I’m not quite sure just how much it plumps up my lips, but I do know that it tingles like nothing else, almost to the point of pain. But to me, that just means it’s working and is a pain that feels good! I also love how it smoothly brushes on and doesn’t get sticky at all. The colors are all great, but I mostly prefer the lighter pinks.

Sweet Talk

I’m a fan of Victoria’s Secret Sweet Talk because it does a really good job at moisturizing and leaves my lips so nice and shiny. It does get a little bit sticky and I wish it were a bit smoother, but the shine makes it worth it!

Beauty Rush

Victoria’s Secret also has a line of lip glosses called Beauty Rush and they’re great when you’re looking for just a bit of color and a touch of shine. Beauty Rush glosses come in lots of different colors and flavors and Victoria’s Secret also has lots of great sales and special offers when it comes to buying the lip glosses.
