I was watching The West Wing and Mary Louise Parker was wearing this ivory pantsuit that had a scalloped edge along the neckline and I thought “OMG. I WANT THAT SO BADLY.” You would have loved it.

What a fun guide! I just saw that JCrew dress and was loving it… I bet anthropologie has a lot of ruffles and scalloped edges too!
