Since we wear flip-flops year around in LA, your toes have gotta look good. And while you can probably find a nail salon in every single mini mall in Southern California, those places aren't always the cleanest or most relaxing of places. So here are some places to go when you feel like treating your poor, tired, high heel-abused feet.
Prices at this Beverly Hills salon don’t run cheap, but the atmosphere and high degree of cleanliness make up for it. The soothing vibe and upscale environment make this place feel more like a spa than a nail salon. It’s easy to spend a Saturday afternoon curled up in one of the oversized chairs after a mint scrub pedicure. Note to OPI fanatics: Bellacures only offers Essie polishes.

This spa is the perfect place for the girl who works hard for the money—they’re open till midnight. And since this spa is housed in one of those adorable Venice cottages, you’ll feel like you can really unwind. This spa is strictly for hands and feet, so they know how to handle your digits. The offer all kinds of treatments that will soothe cracked heels, relieve aching feet, and rehydrate worn hands. Plus, they also offer reflexology, a form of massage that involves applying pressure to certain areas of the hands and the feet to promote healing and relaxation.

This super cute salon offers some serious treatments for hands and feet. You can pamper your hands and feet with hot stones, avocado butter, eucalyptus oils, lavender paraffin dips, and even a soak spiked with GODIVA white chocolate liqueur! (If that’s not luxurious we don’t know what it is). But being treated like a princess doesn’t come cheap: some of the treatments are over $70!

8408 BEVERLY BLVD LOS ANGELES, CA 90048
This salon hasn’t been open long, but it will probably be swarmed by Prius-driving, bamboo- fiber-wearing fashionistas soon enough (thanks to the fact that’s eco-friendly). The scrubs are organic, the lotions are free of parraben, and the polishes are toxin-free.
Pampered Hands is more of a traditional nail salon (they call themselves a “nail spa”), that offers more “traditional prices”—around $12 for a manicure and $20 for a pedicure. But unlike your average nail salon, PH is clean and comfortable.

bliss los angeles
930 HILGARD AVE LOS ANGELES, CA 90024
bliss is located in the rather chichi W Hotel in Westwood, so don’t be surprised when you see the chichi prices. But you’ll get your money’s worth when you get one of bliss’s unique treatments, whether it’s the “pedi colada,” the “callus conqueror,” or the “double choc pedicure.”
