I love living in New York. But, sometimes, a guy can't help but wonder what life is like on the other side. Let's face it: it's expensive, it's loud, everybody here is a weirdo. Sanity is a little hard to come by. So sue me if there are some other spots in the world where I've contemplated relocation.
Chicago
After living there for five weeks, I feel in love with The Windy City. It’s like New York except with clean streets, nicer people, and way more affordable. Sigh, if only…

What bibliophile wouldn’t love to live in one of the oldest cities in the world? It’s grey, dreary, and there’re lukewarm winters. On the plus side, the women are extremely attractive and the tea is awesome.
SEATTLE
A year ago I had my boxes packed, ready to move there to live with “my (then) boyfriend” until he “changed his mind” not only was I bummed about the breakup, but SUPER sad I wasn’t going to live in such a radical city. I LOVE IT THERE. LOVE. LOVE.

Toronto
Ok, so I researched Toronto… A LOT before Obama won… just in case. I gotta say, it’s a pretty awesome city! After 6 months of living there, you can gain a citizenship! Hey, not too shabby if ya ask me. Never been there, but planning a road trip real soon…

I realize it’s a bit hypocritical to say I want to get away from rude people and then I move to Paris. But it is The City of Lights. Now I just have to work on the “whole language barrier” thing…
